1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to nextU. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered daily planning and health coaching application ("Service"), available on iOS (iPhone and iPad), Android, and web. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

nextU is an AI-powered daily planning and life coaching application available on iOS, Android, and web. Our Service includes:

• AI-powered daily planner and personalised coaching
• Health, fitness, and meal planning
• Expense tracking and financial insights
• Habit tracking and life-balance monitoring
• Todo list and task management
• Quick notes and reminders
• Subscription-based premium features

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

nextU offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans:

• nextU Health – Monthly: ₹99 per month
• nextU Health – Annual: ₹799 per year
• nextU Premium – Monthly: ₹299 per month
• nextU Premium – Annual: ₹2,999 per year

A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers on iOS. No charge is made during the trial period.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours before the renewal date.

3.3 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

On iOS, you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to premium features until then.

On Android, subscriptions are managed through your Google Play account settings.

3.4 Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. For iOS purchases, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you may need to create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your User Content solely for operating and improving our Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by nextU and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Active subscriptions are not refunded upon termination due to Terms violations.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated coaching and recommendations are informational only and do not constitute professional medical, nutritional, or financial advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nextU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
